The following students are eligible for Travel Grant for ISEC 2013. Please check your email for further details.

We are pleased to announce availability of support for students and faculty members of Indian academic institutes to participate in the ISEC 2013 conference. There are two types of grants: Travel Grant and Registration Fee Waiver.

Travel Grant 

Under this grant, we will reimburse the train return fare for the participant from the place of residence/study to New Delhi. The entitled class of travel for a faculty member is up to 2nd AC, while for a student it is up to 3rd AC. To avail the grant, fill in the following form.

Under this grant, we will reimburse the full registration fee for the participant. To avail the grant, fill in the following form.

1. The completed form, forwarded by proper authority (Head of Department/Institute), with a one page letter of purpose should be sent to:

2. One need not be an author to apply for the grant.
3. The application should reach the above mentioned address on or before January 5th, 2013.
4. The awards will be announced by January 10th, 2013. Selected candidates will be notified through email and a list will be put up on the ISEC website.
5. The award amount will be given to student/faculty during the conference.
6. The student/faculty has to make his/her own travel to the conference. He/she must be registered for the conference to avail the award.
7. An applicant can apply for both Travel Support and Registration Fee Waiver. The selections will be done independently for the two. So, an applicant can get both or one or none of the supports.
