We invite technical papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, empirical, and experimental software engineering research. The goal of the conference is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry to meet and share cutting-edge advancements in the field of software engineering. Papers describing Industry Experience are welcome. Several of the above topics are very pertinent to IT Services industry in India, and we particularly encourage practitioners in the services industry to submit papers and participate in the conference. Industry experience papers will have a different review criterion.
Selected high-quality submissions to ISEC will have the opportunity to choose “a presentation only” option and receive mentoring from the expert reviewers during and after the conference. This is a special measure for increasing quality submissions to ICSE 2014, to be held in Hyderabad, India, from its host country.
