Policies

• Payments once made are non-refundable and there is no cancellation policy.
• There are no differential rates or discounts for IEEE/ACM members. Same rates for IEEE/ACM members and non-members.
• There are no differential rates for delegates from Industry or Academia. Same rates for attendees from Industry and Academia.
• Every paper needs to be registered individually as a requirement for inclusion in the proceedings. If one author has two accepted papers then both the papers needs to be registered separately (either two registrations by the same author otherwise better to have a co-author do the second registration)
• If one of the co-authors of the paper is a student then student registration is fine [50% of regular registration] and a regular registration is not required as long as the student is the person attending/presenting at the conference
